Refund policy

At Packuum Bags, your satisfaction is our priority. We take pride in the quality of our products and aim to deliver a seamless shopping experience. We kindly ask all customers to review our refund policy before placing an order. Please note that our policies are strictly enforced and applied without exceptions.


Order Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it immediately begins processing to ensure timely delivery. As such:

  • If a cancellation is requested, a 30% restocking and processing fee will apply

  • Alternatively, you may receive the item and follow our return process for a full refund (excluding return shipping)


Return Process

To initiate a return, please email us at info@packuum.com with the following:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item showing the issue

  • A description of the problem

If your request is approved, you will receive instructions for returning the item. All returns must:

  • Be in unused condition, in original packaging

  • Include all original components/accessories

  • Be returned to our designated fulfillment facility (international address provided upon approval)

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer 


Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the refund status.

  • If approved, a full refund (minus any applicable shipping fees) will be issued within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds are made to the original payment method only


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Any item not in its original condition

  • Any item returned without prior authorization

  • Items returned after the 14-day window

  • Products showing signs of tampering or intentional damage


Faulty or Damaged Items

We thoroughly inspect all items before dispatch to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.

If your item arrives with a genuine defect (e.g., broken zip, torn stitching, major functional issue), we will gladly send a replacement at no additional cost. We do not issue refunds for faulty items — replacements only will be provided.

To request a replacement:

  • Email info@packuum.com within 7 days of delivery

  • Include your order number, clear photos or video of the issue, and a brief description

If approved, we’ll dispatch a replacement promptly.
Returns are not required for verified faults.

Note: A temporary scent may be present due to international transit. This is harmless and will fade naturally. Scent is not considered a defect and does not qualify for a replacement or refund.


Damaged or Lost Packages in Transit

We are not responsible for packages that are damaged during shipping or lost due to carrier mishandling. In such cases, we recommend filing a claim directly with the courier. However, we’re happy to assist where possible.


Return Location

All returns are processed through our international logistics centre. The return address will be provided once your return is approved.
